An exciting opportunity has arisen for this vacancy within the Property Service Planned and Adaptations team. You will be required to provide a specification and scope of work for capital planned works and planned works maintenance. Budget monitoring and adhering to planned programmes are essential to successful delivery of planned programmes. Experience of kitchen and bathroom programme delivery is desirable including knowledge of, CDM 2015, Building Regulations and Decent Homes Standard.

 

You will be required to successfully manage projects and work with contractors to ensure work is being completed to a satisfactory standard.

 

You will work with colleagues across the Housing Service to ensure our properties meet the Decent Homes Standard and programme delivery is within the agreed timescales and budget provisions.

 

The ability to build strong and meaningful relationships with colleagues and contractors is required as well as tact, diplomacy, ability to negotiate and achieve defined performance targets. You will have excellent written and oral communication skills. Assist in the management complex customer complaint resolutions and manage their expectations.

 

Applicants must have a driving licence that is valid in the UK, and use of a car to enable site visits.
