About Us
At KTM Care Ltd, we believe that every person deserves to live a life filled with dignity, choice, and opportunity. We provide specialist, person-centred support for autistic people and others with diverse needs, guided by the principles of respect, inclusion, and empowerment.
We work with a “do with, not for” philosophy — supporting people to build independence, develop skills, and thrive in their communities.
About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in leading by example, supporting individuals to achieve their goals, and ensuring our team delivers high-quality, values-led care. You’ll be a trusted link between the people we support, their families, and professionals, helping to co-create meaningful support plans that reflect each person’s strengths, preferences, and aspirations.
This is a role for someone who is not only skilled, but also deeply values empathy, collaboration, and inclusion.
What We’re Looking For
We recruit for values as much as skills. If you recognise yourself in the qualities below, we’d love to hear from you:
– Respectful – You see people as individuals first, not labels.
– Good communicator – You listen actively and adapt to different communication styles.
– Collaborative – You enjoy working with families, professionals, and colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
– Growth-minded – You believe in supporting people to learn, develop, and live as independently as possible.
– Compassionate – You bring patience, empathy, and kindness to every interaction.
Essential Requirements
– NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
– Experience in supporting autistic people or individuals with diverse needs.
– Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete).
– Commitment to ongoing professional development.
What You’ll Do
– Provide and model person-centred, neurodiversity-affirming support.
– Lead and mentor colleagues, ensuring consistent, high-quality practice.
– Support individuals with daily living, personal care (where required), health, and well-being.
– Promote inclusion through meaningful activities, community participation, and skill-building.
– Maintain accurate records and uphold safeguarding, confidentiality, and CQC standards.
– Work flexibly to meet the needs of the people we support.
Why Work With Us?
– A supportive, values-driven team culture.
– Opportunities for training, growth, and career progression.
– The chance to make a real difference in people’s lives every day.
If you’re motivated by compassion, inclusion, and respect — not just by ticking boxes — then this is the role for you.
Apply today and help us shape a future where every person is supported to live the life they choose.
