Four Seasons Park Lane is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager who shares a passion for service excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position will be a stand-alone role reporting into our Director of Operations. You will oversee our Private Dinning Room space within our new Yannick Alleno outlet.


As Senior Sales Manager, you will bring business to the Pavyllon Private Dining Room and provide the Restaurant & Bar with a solid events calendar that maximizes business during every season, ensuring both venues are a destination for dining or events.
Responsible for identifying appropriate leads to attend restaurant and Private Dining Room events, capitalizing on each venue’s events and buy-out calendars. Working closely with the Restaurant Executive Chef, Hotel Sales & Marketing Team, and Director of Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the business strategically through its marketing calendar development and execution anchored by the Restaurant and Bar management teams, negotiating and executing events within the PDR and restaurant, managing actively and proactively its partnerships, inquiries, leading site visits, converting sales and managing contracts and relationships ensuring maximum satisfaction for its clients, YA Group and the FS Hotel Management team.
