Salary :- £35,000 – £40,000 + Uncapped Commission

PRS Recruitment Services are market leaders in recruiting into multiple specialisms. In this role you will be a part of our London recruitment team. We have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business. This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 18 months, or more experience, who wants to join a consultative and high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career.

This is a warm area of our business, we are looking to extend/expand, so need an additional 360 consultant to take over part of the desk and develop off the success and make their own.

The Role:

• Full 360 Recruitment
• Client and contact management and development.
• Networking – events
• Candidate management, full cycle
• Attending client meetings
• New & existing client business development
• Market mapping – client and candidates
• Lead generation through relationship building

What we are looking for:

This is an opportunity for an experience recruitment consultant with 18 months or more experience recruiting into white collar/Mgmt position. The ideal person will:

• Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
• Ideally you will have 18 months or more of Engineering or/and Facilities Management recruitment experience or related white collar management recruitment.
• Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
• You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture lead and values every single member of the team
• Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
