SENIOR ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT 

 

Humber NHS Foundation Trust delivers community care services across Scarborough, Malton, Pocklington and Whitby and we are excited to be able to offer an opportunity for a dedicated, innovative, forward thinking individual to join our team!

Based at Whitby hospital the successful candidate will join part of the Community Leadership Team to support the next phase of our One Community transformation plan.

The role will involve providing administrative/secretarial support to the Community Service Managers, Locality Matrons, Therapy Lead, Team Leads, and Clinical Leads with contribution to the planning and development of services as a member of the team. The successful candidate will work autonomously and will be responsible for developing administration support systems and will also be responsible for the administration of meetings.

The successful candidate will need to possess excellent communication skills, efficient time management skills, sound experience of IT systems and Microsoft software packages, and an ability to effectively commute between sites as required and be prepared to adapt to the changing needs of the Trust and community model of care. This is an opportunity to be involved in supporting delivery of an integrated model across a range of  community healthcare services.
