The client, a high-end interior designer based around Chelsea area is looking for a Front of House & Operations Administrator. The ideal candidate will be well presented, proactive with a positive attitude.

This is an office based role working Monday-Friday with the ideal candidate to start as soon as possible.

 

Front of house duties:

  • Greeting guests and ensuring that the office is presentable
  • Ordering office supplies and sorting/ distributing post
  • Answering the phones/inbox
  • Setting up boardrooms and meeting room invite
  • General adhoc office duties

 

Operations role and responsibilities 

  • Taking responsibility for properties
  • Liaising with contractors
  • Liaising with agencies regarding bookings and ensuring a smooth communication process
  • Checking availability, making bookings, takings notes, recording payments on the holiday booking system
  • Managing the filing system
  • Updating the database
  • Ensuring fire safety requirements are in place
  • Looking after social media
