PERSONAL ASSISTANT (PA) TO VICE PRINCIPAL

This pivotal role offers the opportunity to directly support the Vice Principal in shaping the future of education at Yeovil College. You’ll take the lead in managing the Vice Principal’s diary with precision, ensuring that meetings, trips, and all essential documents are seamlessly organised. Your proactive approach will be key in supporting the Vice Principal and Assistant Principals, along with managing tasks independently. You’ll build and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, play a vital part in organising committees, and ensure agendas run smoothly while following up on action items to guarantee every detail is accounted for. Alongside this, you’ll manage a diverse range of administrative duties, from preparing reports and minutes to handling communications with staff and visitors. With a focus on maintaining the utmost confidentiality and discretion, you’ll also be trusted with sensitive data, making your integrity and professionalism essential.
