Job Title: Personal Assistant

Job Type: £45,000 per annum

Company: financial property institution

Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Location: Chelsea, London

Culture: Friendly, professional and hard-working

 

Responsibilities:

· To oversee and provide administrative support

· To carry out core processes relating to the people systems and organisation

· Communications and public face: To ensure an efficient system for managing all correspondence, enabling hospitality and ensuring responsiveness.

· Diary management: To run the diary, including preparation meetings and helping the diary reflect the priorities.

· Run the administration and finances for the office, managing the budget and the Official Expenses, Account day to day, arranging payments and drawing up quarterly returns

· Manage monthly Area Team meetings, ensuring agendas are circulated in advance and notes circulated as needed following

 

Skills and Experience:

· 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role

· Experience of working in a small boutique company with multiple properties is desirable

· Skilled using MS Office, MS Outlook other technology platforms

· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

· Influencing and negotiating skills, ability to explain complex concepts

· Promote collaboration and teamwork across the organisation and its external service providers

· Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and standards with the ability to multi-task

· Experienced in a broad range of office procedures and processes
