Marketing Executive

MARKETING EXECUTIVE 

Description 

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our busy events division for 10 weeks cover only. You will be responsible for executing a range of marketing activities and delivering full event marketing plans, including email marketing, social media marketing, campaign analysis and campaign planning.

Key Responsibilities 

• Marketing plan creation and optimisation for portfolio of the local team events to include email marketing, social media, data segmentation and strategy.
• Lead generation for local team events using a variety of channels.
• Optimisation of data driven marketing plans.
• Responsible for events website build and optimisation.
• Securing non-monetary partners with relevant organisations.
• Working with clients to provide them with marketing collateral.
• Reporting and analysing marketing activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 

• Working knowledge of all key Microsoft office programmes.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships internally
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management skills
• Adaptable and agile
• Good attention to detail
• Collaborative approach to work, demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate cross functionally
• Experience working on Canva
• Preferable email marketing experience using Salesforce and Pardot
