Job Title: Marketing Executive 

Salary: £28,000-£32,000 

Location: Reigate/Manchester – 2 days per week (Tuesday & Thursday) will be office based

Team: Marketing

Job type: Full Time

Reports Into: Head of Growth Marketing

About The Job 

Infinity is looking for a passionate Marketing Executive to execute and optimise lead generation and conversion at all stages of the marketing and sales funnel. They must have an eye for data, be able to identify opportunities for growth, and be driven to hit targets. This is an opportunity to learn, train and grow your expertise, as well as make a difference in marketing and communications.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Work across multiple channels, such as email, organic social media, and paid social media to support creation, scheduling, execution, and measurement of campaigns
  • Maintain campaign schedules and calendars
  • Build and monitor workflows in HubSpot
  • Ensure lead management processes are being adhered to at all times
  • Work with our Marketing Operations Manager to regularly cleanse and maintain our database
  • Research and extract data from multiple sources to augment records and build audience lists for campaigns
  • Support test and learn optimisation by setting up A/B testing on campaigns and reporting on results
  • Offer strategic input that will help maximise campaign reach and performance

 

Knowledge & Experience Requirements

  • Ability to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple marketing campaigns concurrently
  • Previous experience of managing CRM and email marketing systems – an ability to build and deliver campaigns in HubSpot is a must
  • Ability to execute quickly and pivot projects as needs change
  • Strong data analytical skills – the ability to run and analyse reports in both HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
  • Basic copywriting skills
  • Understanding and appreciation of GDPR regulations and following protocols for managing data
  • Ability to combine analytical and technical skills with creative thinking to solve problems effectively
  • Confidence liaising with the content and creative team to give actionable feedback on campaign performance
  • Good working knowledge and hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, the Google Marketing Platform, LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator), and Facebook.
