Management Accountant – Xeinadin Group 

Location: Manchester

Contract: Full-time | Permanent

The Role 

We are seeking a Management Accountant to join our dynamic Head Office team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional who thrives on ownership, insight, and collaboration. You will be responsible for producing accurate monthly accounts, delivering meaningful financial analysis, and providing business partnering support across multiple departments.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Prepare monthly management accounts, including reconciliations and departmental reporting.
  • Perform variance analysis with clear commentary on performance by department, region, and project.
  • Act as Business Partner for Head Office cost centres, supporting planning and cost reviews.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of balance sheet items and loan balances.
  • Oversee group recharges, loans, and compliance with IFRS9 and transfer pricing rules.
  • Manage VAT returns and liaise with external tax specialists.
  • Support consistent accounting treatment for benefits and investments.
  • Assist with group reporting, relief adjustments, and dividend processes.
  • Drive improvements and documentation of finance processes.
  • Contribute to wider finance projects as required.

 

Key Requirements 

  • Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a finance role.
  • Experience in private equity, acquisitive, or professional services environments is desirable.

 

Additional Skills 

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and improve processes.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office.
