HR MANAGER

Job Overview:

We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team! In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of HR operations — from recruitment and employee engagement to compliance and performance management. You’ll play a key part in shaping a positive company culture and supporting our employees’ professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Support managers in performance evaluations, coaching, and career development.
• Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
• Handle employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, or ADP).
• HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent) are a plus.
