What’s the role? 

Join our Graduate Scheme after studying for your BSc (Hons). You will be based in our Loughborough office and will specialise in Project Management.

This is a blended learning opportunity combining and will exposure to the whole business. The role is office-based and focused on Medium to High Voltage Power Transformer Projects. The scheme will start in September 2026 and last two years.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager with delivery of the project kick off meetings as required.
• Support the Project Manager with delivery of the client kick off meetings as required.
• Issue and receive documentation as detailed within the contractual Document Requirement List to the client (and suppliers if applicable) through a formal document control system.
• Assist with the expediting of procurement as required to ensure all goods are received in line with the project schedule.

 

What we’re looking for: 

• BSc (Hons): Project Management
• GCSEs at a grade 4 or above

 

Essential Skills: 

• Clear verbal and written communication
• Confidence with numbers and technical measurements
• Organised and methodical approach
• Strong time management and reliability
• Logical thinking and problem-solving

 

Personal Qualities: 

• Comfortable working across office, site, and university settings
• Commitment to safety and good practice
• Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
