ESTATES ADMINISTRATOR 

Description 

This is an exciting opportunity to become a vital member of the Estates Administration Team, working alongside a large and dedicated group of professionals. Your role will be to provide high-quality administrative support, ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the Estates and Services Department.

About the Role 

As a key part of a reactive and fast-paced department, you will be instrumental in assisting with office procedures and supporting the wider university community. As part of the team, you will deliver excellent administrative support for the Estates and Services Team in a variety of ways.

You will assist with the delivery of office procedures, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and will liaise with staff, students, and external stakeholders, providing professional and courteous assistance. You will also handle data entry, correspondence, and record-keeping with accuracy and attention to detail, along with daily management of the University fleet of vehicles.

About You 

You will thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, and will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the university. Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with general administrative tools will be essential. You will also have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous administrative experience is required.

Additional Information 

Salary: £26,038 to £28,081 

Please note that as of April 2024, there has been a change in the UK’s sponsorship threshold. Regrettably as the salary for this role falls beneath this, you will not be eligible for sponsorship therefore your application will automatically be rejected.
