ENGINEERING COORDINATOR
The Role

K&N, part of the Rubix Group, provide 24/7 engineering services. We repair, overhaul, install, and maintain pumps, motors, gearboxes, compressors, hydraulic equipment and cover a wide range of industrial equipment for customers across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Interface with the internal and external customer; develops good working relationships with relevant stakeholders.
- Interacts with the Site Based Team, driving compliance to processes and procedures ensuring consistent delivery of service to agreed levels
- Support product and customer marketing campaigns designed to grow our business.
- Assist Engineering Centre Management with Monthly Reporting.
- Compliance with both K&N – Rubix and customer Health & Safety requirements.
- Ensure that housekeeping of the assigned area or facilities is maintained to the required standards
- Provide expertise to customers to help them make good buying decisions about products and services that we supply, either directly or through product experts internally or externally.
- Be a first point of contact ensuring an outstanding customer experience at every interaction.
- Gather insight about the market, our customers and our competitors in the local area to help provide a deliver a competitive advantage.
- Comply with commercial and operational policies in the performance of the duties.
