Description

BUSINESS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

An experienced Business Support Administrator is required to work within one of our Children’s Residential Care homes in Mansfield. The successful candidate will have experience of undertaking a variety of admin tasks, including financial tasks and the use of common ICT systems. They will ideally have experience of working in a highly regulated environment, or a good understanding of what that entails. They will also need to be confident at taking minutes.

As the successful candidate in each locality will be the only administrator within the unit, they will need to be capable of working independently, learning and devising efficient processes. Whilst being the only on-site administrator you will be part of a wider team of administrators supporting four other local units and there may be occasions you will be required to work collaboratively or backfill during absence. The candidate will be 100% based on site and may witness challenging behaviour from the young people; as such, we require a resilient individual, who will respect the young people and the confidential nature of the work.

In return, you will receive full training in the use of BMS and Mosaic systems, employee benefits such as the flexitime scheme, and the chance to contribute to improving outcomes for young people in care. The post would offer relevant insight and experience for someone interested in social care, finance and the running of a busy establishment.

Benefits

  • Flexible working hours
  • Generous annual leave
  • Pensions Scheme
  • Training opportunities, including e-learning

  • An understanding of customer service and the importance of confidentiality and data security

In return, you will be joining an organisation with excellent employee terms and conditions in a team that is forward thinking, with continuous improvement at the heart of everything it does.
