Excellent salary offering of £35,875 base with realistic earnings of £70,000+ uncapped, with additional option of either company car or £6,200 allowance

Our team of Field Sales Executives play a pivotal role within the fast moving, high growth Digital Marketing sector, supporting businesses across the UK reach their goals. As an FSE you will have autonomy for development opportunities in our Norwich territory.

Regularly prospecting for new business via self-sourced and business leads

Appointing and conducting both F2F and virtual business reviews with each customer to gain a full and detailed understanding of their requirements to allow you to tailor your approach and solution to match their needs

Producing and presenting our range of digital advertising solutions whilst negotiating and closing business contracts with new and existing clients

Delivering revenue growth through account management, reporting and first-class customer experience for up to 12 months

Conducting data reviews and audits for new and existing clients with a view to explaining their current position, opportunities available and rationale

Delivering revenue growth through account management, reporting and first-class customer experience for up to 12 months

Regularly communicating with existing clients, addressing any concerns and any resolving issues

Monitoring your client spend and ROI to discuss new terms and strategies with them where necessary

What do you need

Ability to evidence success in a sales role (Field sales/Telesales)

Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate, influence and give advice to clients

Resilience in overcoming objections while maintaining a positive outlook

Ability to present verbally to both internal stakeholders and external clients with excellent written skills

Thrives in a dynamic environment with quick turnarounds, and delivering work that exceeds customer expectations

Proficiency with Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and common customer success/relationship management software such as Salesforce (CRM) – Presenting skills are essential

Experience within solution selling / SAAS – desired but not essential

Full UK Driving Licence
