ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT 

 

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Hours: 16-20 per week (potential to increase as the role develops)

Salary: £12.50 per hour (actual salary £10,200 – £13,000 per annum)

Reports to: Head of Operations

Start Date: February 2025 (as soon as notice period allows)

Location: Chroma Head Office, Overross House, Ross Park, Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, HR9 7US (potential for some homeworking)

Job Description: 

  • Maintain and update confidential records on internal systems
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
  • Onboarding and maintaining compliance records
  • Liaise with Head of Operations to handle requests and queries from senior managers
  • Update our website
  • Communicate with our Referrals and Clinical teams for their admin requirements
  • Take meeting minutes when required
  • General office duties

 

Personal Skills: 

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • IT confident
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
