QUANTITY SURVEYOR

The company you will be working for is a leading tier 1 contractor, with a £918m turnover and a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the health, education, and office sectors.
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to work on projects up to £60m in value, giving you a broad range of experience and exposure to some of the most exciting and challenging construction projects in the industry. With projects based in the Midlands region.
You will be responsible for providing cost and commercial management support and will play a key role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
We are looking for someone with:
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial acumen and a thorough understanding of cost management
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A passion for construction and a desire to excel in your career
