We are seeking a Business Analyst, responsible for identifying and articulating business problems and opportunities, and facilitating the description of what a suitable solution would need to do to do in order to address the current state. Engaging all relevant stakeholders in the gathering, analysis, and creation of business requirements, then engineering and translating these requirements into product specifications, functional and non-functional requirements that will inform the creation of solutions that address the initial scenario. Then operating as part of the delivery team to facilitate the business implementation and acceptance of change.
