We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and versatile Technical Business Analyst with strong telco knowledge to join our team and to assist with an ambitious transformation portfolio. This role is ideal for an experienced Technical BA who is looking for more than a standard BA role, will work within our TechOps & PMO team.
To ensure success, you will demonstrate experience and creativity with a focus on working with system development teams, system integration and solution architecture. We are looking for outstanding candidates who can bridge the gap between business-led ideation, requirement capture and technical delivery, setting programmes up for success by ensuring an early understanding of What, Why and How.
The Technical Business Analysis team work alongside Business Analysts ensuring that, from a technical delivery point of view, requirements are well understood, impact is discovered, gaps are identified, and the solution fits the business need and is not over engineered. The focus is on technology and what is required, with an emphasis on understanding the ‘what’ (requirements), working as a team with Solution Architects, (‘how’) and Agile Deliver Managers (‘when’). The team are the bridge between non-technical business requirements, actionable designs, and implementation-ready user stories ensuring successful delivery. To succeed you will be comfortable speaking the 3 languages of business, architecture, and technical delivery.
