Senior Estates Surveyors 

MG6 (£46,604 to £69,904 pa)

The London Borough of Bromley are looking to recruit a number of experienced Estate Surveyors to help contribute toward the management of a significant and varied property portfolio including both operational and non-operational assets which contribute (in different ways) toward the provision of front-line Council services.

We want to hear from you if you have extensive demonstrable experience in managing commercial property across different asset classes, practical knowledge and experience of the application of Landlord and Tenant Act matters, have a natural commercial acumen and an understanding of the nuances of dealing with a public sector estate.

You will need to have use of your own car for business travel and ideally, be RICS qualified.
